251 Brands Updated Their Product Data in the Last 45 Days

This is when a Data Subscription can help streamline updates and boost your productivity.

Product data is not static. Brands are constantly updating applications, attributes, descriptions, images, and other key product details. When resellers are connected to current data, they are in a better position to keep listings accurate, reduce rework, and keep their product information aligned with what manufacturers are publishing.

A SEMA Data subscription helps resellers stay connected to those updates and put them to work across their business, giving you access to automate receiving standardized ACES and PIES XML files or your own Custom Export Format on a schedule or on data change. Additional tools for access include APIs and plugins for Shopify, BigCommerce, and WooCommerce for those using Wordpress.

Data subscribers can also go to Brand Change Log on the left navigation to get three critical pieces of information for any of their approved brands:

  • New parts added
  • Part that were discontinued or deleted
  • Part with pricing changes and which price type(s) were changed

The change log is also updated on a weekly basis, following the schedule that our email notification of changes goes out. This means that if you're not logging in weekly, you may be missing out on important updates!

To get this change log emailed to you weekly -- along with getting a host of other features and benefits enabled for you, all you need to do is become a Data Subscriber.

Brand owners can also utilize the change log to check your updates and ensure the changes you made were recorded properly with SEMA Data and, ultimately, available to your customers.
