The Data Subscription program available from SEMA Data is getting some new features and new subscription plans for you rolling out this week!
We truly appreciate the participation of our reseller community and continue striving to bringing value to you with the subscription program. In the last year, we've seen an uptake in activity. Here are some cool stats:
- Over 2.4 million exports in the last 12 months!
- Over 200k exports monthly, which means 6,500+ EXPORTS DAILY!
- Over 21 million API calls in the last 12 months!
- Most popular API call? The vehicles-by-products lookup at 10+ million calls
What we've also discovered in the activity is that our systems load requires us to break out the subscription plan by usage for equitable distribution of resources.
In April, you'll be able to pick from 3 plans: Accelerate, Turbo, and Mach. Accelerate offers all the features of the current plan but with a limited bucket of exports/API calls. Turbo ups the usage bucket AND adds these exciting features:
- Filter by Vehicles -- either Make or Make & Model
- Filter by Part Type -- specialize in suspension parts only? You got it!
- Filter by Fuel Type -- specialize in Diesel vehicles? Coming your way soon!
Mach ups the usage buckets again and offers a couple more features you'll discover when you upgrade!
A note for Service Provider accounts, we’ve seen increased requests from Service Providers for reseller accounts within our system and want to take a moment to clarify our data use policies to ensure compliance with our Participation Agreement and protect the integrity of supplier data. Our agreements are structured to ensure that data flows appropriately between authorized parties while maintaining fairness and cost efficiency for all participants. To uphold these principles, all Service Providers have been placed at the Mach level to maintain equity and prevent unintended data centralization. We will reach out to each of you separately to understand your needs better and place you at the level appropriate to your usage.
If you would like to review or sign up for the current data subscription plan, just log into SEMA Data's PIM system and go to Subscriptions option under your Profile name to get started today.
