The SDC is pleased to welcome two new team members, Patrick Arche and Richard Nemcek!

Patrick Arche

Patrick joins the SDC as a Data Analyst, and advises he has had few careers from janitorial to engineering to nursing and parts sales for 7 years with BMW/MINI, but his love and passion for cars has always driven him (no pun intended) to the automotive performance industry. Patrick started tinkering with engines when he was 12, fixing up mopeds and scooters, then wrenching at 16 and drag racing at 19. In his mid 20’s he began autocrossing and track racing with BMW/MINI performance and driving seminars. Patrick said he has driven buses, tractors, motorcycles, exotics, lowriders, hot rods, off-road trucks and full-on race cars, if it has an engine he loves it!  He also enjoys traveling, sports, food, photography and cinematography. Patrick likes to travel to eat, from the Philippines, Mexico to Canada and a few places in-between, all the while taking pictures of his meals and the places he has visited.

Richard Nemcek

Richard also joins the SDC as a Data Analyst, and advises that he has lived in San Diego for 16 years, and was most recently performing content management at AutoAnything.com.  Originally from Florida, Richard has also lived in Illinois and England.  His previous toy car was a 2001 Audi S4, and his current toy is a motorcycle, a 2013 Triumph Street Triple.  Richard uses the Triumph for commuting, motorcycle camping, and track day fun.  He likes his steaks fatty and his scotch smoky.  On his bucket list of vacations are renting a motorcycle in Europe to ride to the Isle of Man to watch the races and touring New Zealand on a motorcycle.  Richard is excited to be part of the SEMA Data Co-op family!

Please help us welcome these two performance enthusiasts to the SDC Data Lab!
