We are always looking for ways to make your experience easier, better, quicker... excellent-er. 

With that, we have recently launched the SEMA Data Portal which will provide you with the opportunity to submit Help Desk items as well as product data requests. 

Although the latter is geared for those who have signed up with our Do-It-With-Me data services, the portal enables you to submit questions, issues, and/or requests to the team and able to track your submissions' progress. 

There are a number of features that are infinitely better than trying to track through your overstuffed email inbox and To-Do lists. 

Through the portal you can see live updates to your cases, see a record of your past cases, as well as have a direct channel of communication with the Product Data Specialist assigned to your case.

No longer will you have to be concerned that your email was lost or overlooked in an email inbox. When you submit a case it is automatically assigned to a Specialist and added to our queue.
